We disclose additional personal information and data to a bank, an electronic money institution, for the purpose of realizing payment transactions: NLB Komercijalna banka AD Belgrade, with its headquarters at Bulevar Mihajla Pupina 165v, 11070 Belgrade, ID number: 07737068, PIB: 100001931 and BANCA INTESA AD BELGRADE with headquarters in Milentija Popovića Street 7B, Belgrade, ID number: 07759231, PIB: 100001159, as well as Expobank a.d. In this regard, by accepting this Privacy Policy, the user agrees that the specified personal data will be submitted to a bank or electronic money institution that can process personal data exclusively for the purposes of executing payment transactions and refunding funds. We also deliver and disclose certain personal data to the provider of the traffic fiscalization service, i.e. the company SERVIS BIRO OPREME RALINK, with headquarters at Teodora Toza Jovanovića 4A, 21000 Novi Sad, ID number: 61480846, PIB: 106355959, exclusively for the purpose of using the electronic fiscal device. Finally, we submit and disclose certain personal data to the courier services (name and surname, address for delivery/collection of goods, mobile/landline number, apartment number, city, state and postal code).

Since this transfer of information was made by a third party, in accordance with their terms of use and privacy policies, we will consider that you have given your consent to those third parties to transfer the data. Therefore, we will not be responsible for the processing of personal data transmitted to us by third parties.

Right to erasure you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data under certain conditions, e.g. before you have canceled the order and the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or there is no legal reason for the purposes for which they were collected or the processing is unlawful or the personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a certain legal obligation.
