Placing an order is the first step towards purchasing the desired products through our website. After choosing the products and placing them in the cart, you can choose one of three payment methods:

The first way - Payment by cash on delivery with delivery via Bex courier service. For packages worth less than 2000 RSD, the postage price is 350 RSD. While for packages worth over 2000 RSD, the postage price is 200 RSD.

The second way - Personal pickup at one of our retail stores. When colleagues contact you to confirm an order, you can let them know where you want to pick up your order.

The third way - Paying by payment slip or e-banking, please read the following instructions.

User Privacy Protection

In the name of Edukativne Igre, we commit to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic information about customers/users and the data required for business operations and informing users, in accordance with good business practices and with the goal of providing quality service. We give customers the option to choose, including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer/user data is strictly protected and is only accessible to employees who need that information to perform their duties. All employees of Edukativne Igre (and business partners) are responsible for adhering to the principles of privacy protection.

Protection of confidential transaction information during online payments

During online payments, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a secure form using the most advanced technology currently available. The security of data during online payments is guaranteed by Banca Intesa a.d. Belgrade, which processes payment cards and conducts the payment procedure on its website. Card information is never accessible to Edukativne Igre and cannot be stored in the Edukativne Igre database or used for other purposes. Therefore, Edukativne Igre cannot be held responsible for its misuse.

Successful payment confirmation

After each successful payment, the customer will receive a confirmation and an overview of the ordered products in electronic form to the registered email address.

Conversion statement in case of another currency

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for informative display of prices in other currencies. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the rate used by the card organizations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.

Refunds

In the case of returning goods and refunding money to a customer who has previously paid with a payment card, either partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, Edukativne Igre is obligated to issue the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods. This means that the bank, at the request of the seller, will process the refund to the cardholder's account.

VAT Statement

VAT is included in the price, and there are no hidden costs.

Successful payment confirmation

After each successful payment, the customer will receive a confirmation and an overview of the ordered products in electronic form to the registered email address.

If you are ordering as a legal entity and want us to issue you a proforma invoice, complete your order and send us an email with information for the proforma invoice at aleksandar@games4you.rs

You will receive an estimate as soon as possible. Immediately after registering your payment, we will send you the ordered items.

Delivery by Bex

When delivering by courier service Bex, we will contact you before sending the goods to check the order. The sent goods are paid for by cash on delivery (you pay when you pick them up). Delivery time is 2 working days from the day of ordering.

Delivery is made only on the territory of Serbia

Personal pickup

If you choose personal pickup, you can collect the ordered items at one of our retail stores. You can view our retail locations Contact page

After selecting the location where you would like to pick up your ordered items on our website, please wait for us to contact you and confirm the availability of the items at the chosen location.

If the items are available at the selected location, they will be ready for pickup as soon as we contact you.

If the items are not available at the selected location when we contact you, they will be ready for pickup within 24 to 48 hours from the moment we contact you. Additionally, you will be contacted again once the items arrive at the selected location, so you will know when they are ready for pickup.

Exchange of the item

If, after receiving the package, you find that you have received the wrong item, please do not open the product, especially if it is wrapped in cellophane, as opening it may complicate or prevent its return.

In order to resolve the situation as efficiently as possible, please prepare the following information:

  • Order number (you can find it in the email you received as the order confirmation)
  • Name and surname of the orderer

The deadline for replacement

The deadline for replacing a wrongly delivered item is 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. If this period has expired for any reason, feel free to contact us; if possible, we will do our best to assist you in that case.

Shipping costs for incorrectly delivered items

If the error was caused by our fault, Games4you d.o.o. will cover all costs for the item exchange, without exception. However, if it turns out that the mistake was made by the customer, the customer will bear the cost of the exchange.

Our goal is your satisfaction, so we will do everything in our power to resolve any issue to the mutual satisfaction of both parties.

Complaints

If you believe that the product you purchased from us has defects or does not comply with the contract, you have the right to file a complaint. You can submit your complaint in person at any of our five physical stores or via email at aleksandra@games4you.rs. When submitting a complaint, please provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, card slip, or other transaction evidence.

Responsibility for conformity

We are responsible for the conformity of the goods with the contract for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If non-conformity occurs within six months from the date of purchase, it is presumed to have existed at the time of purchase, unless it is contrary to the nature of the goods or the character of the non-conformity.

Consumer rights in case of non-conformity

In the case of non-conformity, you have the right to request repair or replacement of the product. If this is not possible or would impose an unreasonable burden, you may request an appropriate reduction in price or the termination of the contract. You cannot terminate the contract if the non-conformity is minor.

Complaint resolution procedure

After receiving your complaint, we will issue a written or electronic acknowledgment of receipt. We will resolve the complaint as soon as possible, and no later than 15 days from the date of submission. The decision to accept or reject the complaint will be provided to you in written or electronic form.

Right to withdraw from the contract

If you made the purchase remotely (via the internet or phone), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the goods were delivered, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you need to fill out and send the withdrawal form, which you can download from here. You are required to return the goods at your own expense, without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you sent the withdrawal form. We will issue a refund after we receive the returned goods and confirm that they are unused and undamaged.

Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes

In case of a dispute, you can initiate an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution process before the competent consumer protection body. More information about this procedure can be found on the official website of the Ministry of Internal and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Serbia here.
